Training of OPV ARA crews

Themys regularly organises #training courses which aim to provide multi-purpose skills in the operation and maintenance of the main systems: telephony, GMDSS, mobile security #intercom, order broadcasting, radar, AIS, GPS...
Recently, four Argentine crews and a technical team from the military workshops in Mar del Plata were trained by Themys, in the framework of the OPV A.R.A. programme, in partnership with Kership.

The operator training allows the trainees to understand the general architecture and functioning of a system, to operate it and to perform routine maintenance.
The maintenance training consists of training in diagnosing a damage, repairing and reloading a typical configuration with the help of programming tools, according to the required skill level.
